The unique Develop Your Child vision

Develop Your Child are pioneering leading edge techniques to celebrate the magnificence in children and young people.

There are millions of enlightened and empowered parents, carers, teachers, educators and professionals working with children to unleash their potential throughout the world – fantastic. Certainly in the western world there are just not enough to stem the tide of family breakdown and the crumbling of our society. We need radical and dynamic action now – step up Develop Your Child CIC a social enterprise, Every Family Matters a not for profit and it’s awesome collaborators.

Visionary leaders

A group of visionary leaders have been drawn together through their passion to create an ethos of empowerment around children and young people, to allow them to be their magnificent selves. To achieve this - a different approach is required, a whole family approach combined with coaching and emotional literacy which will stop the breakdown of family relationships and has the potential to change the fabric of our society.

There is no doubt young people are different these days, more sensitive and must manage greater pressure from external influences than previously because of the tremendously rapid rate of change in technology, population dynamics and culture. Parents and professionals working with young people need new skills. Our facilitators bring a wide range of expertise, knowledge and qualifications to ensure every family experiences transformation to provide self sustainable personal empowerment.

Our unique approach incorporates:

1) Working with the whole family to change the dynamic
2) Using the energetic connection to allow individuals to trust their knowing, sensing, intuition etc. Dr Tanya Byron, leading clinical psychologist, who used to produce “The House of Tiny Tearaways” and parenting programmes is not doing any more as she now proposes the approach of empowering parents to trust their instincts.
3) Applying the most powerful leading edge coaching techniques combined with emotional literacy
4) Recruitment of highly talented and experienced trainers who apply their passion and add value to the work
5) Using tools that have been developed by leaders in the industry and proven their effectiveness within the family environment
6) We work as an evolving team to fulfil the vision of Develop Your Child and use our not for profit, Every Family Matters to take the work into the community.
