Our children are so full of potential
Working with children has got to be the most precious opportunity of our lives. Their sensitivity allows them to be very intuitive, even telepathic - did you know they can sense your mood before you enter the room? They also have a strong sense of right and wrong, and are creative and authentic. They're so much fun, are so joyous and have awesome attributes and potential. It's our job to help bring these to the fore in small people.

And that's exactly what we can help you do at Develop Your Child (DYC) - with an approach that can create magic.

Are you looking for a different approach?
If you want to support your children in a different way, we think you'll love the possibilities for transformation in our approach. We recognise everyone as the most magnificent individual they can be, and will aim to help your children see, feel and be this wonderful them - taking them on a journey of self-discovery that will help them trust their intuition and create a deeper sense of personal empowerment.

Because of their inexperience of life, they tend to have difficulty in managing their emotions, as well as being emotionally and physically sensitive. We'll help them overcome these issues too.

Taking them on a magical journey
We also give a lot of priority to helping children understand the importance of thought. Thought creates our feelings and emotions which, in turn, influence our behaviour. So when they see that their behaviour can be changed as easily as their thoughts, children start to understand they can manage their behaviour. They can also see how what they see and how they feel about something creates their own reality.

Helping your children see their own inner beauty
A lot of children suffer with low self-esteem. This is generally because they're surrounded by negativity and feel they can't do anything, so they don't bother trying. We help them see a different side of themselves; to see the beauty they have inside - and that assists them in becoming motivated and aspirational.

To understand they can't control another person is another important area of our work because it helps them in relationships with themselves, their peers, family members and the social side of their lives.

When we see the beauty and magnificence of children and their attributes, it's hard to realise we still need to be part of their learning process to understand, manage and articulate their feelings and emotions.

Giving them space to explore
One of their biggest frustrations is they find it difficult to express themselves and sometimes we don't give them the space to do that. Through our coaching programmes and products including the 'Listen to your Children' book and 'Kids are really different these days' DVD, you can do exactly that.

Please do have a good look around the site as there's a mountain of ideas and resources available for you. And if you'd like to find out more about our whole family coaching, please e-mail me.

Why not talk to your school about using Develop Your Child resources for professionals too!
