Some feedback Dorothy

While the passion driving DYC is to liberate children to be their whole selves from day 1, it actually addresses all relationships and is applicable for everyone. The foundational approach is to assure each person that they are perfect already, not a broken example in need of fixing. This approach validates everyone’s feelings and normalizes the struggles of everyday life, creating an even playing field on which to learn and implement new skills.

These skills are introduced in a clear, contextual way by a practitioner who is able to handle various personalities, skepticisms and fears. These skills are “stacked”, allowing people to use the first skill as part of learning the second. This process has the reinforcement built in.

The high dream of the program is to change society which may seem impossible, however, there are coaches and facilitators all over the world who are passionate about this work and just waiting to get their hands on a program to use. DYC offers these practitioners the tools they need to do the work immediately!

As I speak with people to introduce the programs and concepts of DYC, the reactions are excitement and relief. Everyone wants this, but no one has the time, patience, or resources to put something this comprehensive together. The package represents a “dream come true” said one of the school principals I spoke with.
