1)What made you choose the Develop Your Child programmes?
2) How long did you spend researching the market? Combien de temps avez-vous passé à l'étude du marché ? Assez longtemps pour ce qui concerne la philosophie de l'approche, immédiatement pour ce qui concerne le choix de DYC.
3) Who else did you consider? Qu'avez-vous considéré d'autre ? PNL
4) What do you think of the training and support? Que pensez-vous des formations et du support ?
J'ai trouvé en Alan un partenaire très fiable et toujours très encourageant.
5) Do you have any other comments?

1) What made you choose the Develop Your Child programmes? Develop Your Child programs focus on the three groups of people - parents, teens & teachers whom I felt have a gap in their communications and relationships. As I was preparing to deliver group coaching for students I noticed DYC program has the core life skills around goal setting, building self esteem and confidence which resonates with what I intend to do with this group. The tested and simple to use program and the license program helped me decide. As a Certified Life Coach by Results Coaching Systems I knew that I could run DYC program effectively without reinventing the wheel. Alan had done a great job with the development of the program.
2) How long did you spend researching the market? I stumbled onto Alan's website through his associate Soleira Green's program which was forwarded to me by the International Coaching Federation, Singapore Chapter.
3) Who else did you consider? Parent as Coach Academy
4) What do you think of the training and support? Alan was very efficient in our email correspondence and was excited to explore Asia. He came on his own accord to fact find Singapore's market and constantly tweak his program from our meetings with other coaches, individuals & the schools. He is very focussed and has been great in his follow up. Alan has been generous with his sharing of new ideas and is mindful of the quality.
5) Do you have any other comments? Alan is consistently upgrading his materials to keep up with the changes and is open to feedback which could further enhance the program. He generously shares this with his past and current clients. The family program would be an exciting challenge to successfully achieve the desired outcome for the empowerment of family dynamics.

1) What made you choose the Develop Your Child programme? Alan’s programmes resonated with me on many levels. I like the focus on we create our own reality, that our thoughts affect our behaviours, building self-esteem and confidence. Improving communication between parent and child.
2) How long did you spend researching the market? Not long at all. I found Alan’s website very early on in my search and felt connected with it from day one.
3) Who else did you consider? No one.
4) What do you think of the training and support? Alan’s enthusiasm is fantastic, his knowledge comprehensive and his communication succinct and timely.
5) Do you have any other comments? This is directed to the parent or teacher reading this now… how often have you said… If I only knew then what I know now I wonder how different my life would be? This is the opportunity we all wanted but never had. How much happier could your kids be if they got how to understand they are in control of their lives? That they can create their own reality, that their thoughts do affect their behaviour, that it is ok to feel, that goal setting and focusing on what you want is the key to success, that they can achieve no matter their background, that success is OK, that we are all the same and the only difference between us are our beliefs and this is OK.
We all have a responsibility to give the children of this planet the best possible start to life.

1) What made you choose the Develop Your Child programmes?
I chose the DYC programmes as I was really impressed with the fact that Alan was doing work that I believe in too and his fresh take on ideas and getting the message out there was second to none. I love the format of the programmes, the messages they are getting across and most importantly – its looking at the family as a whole unit. Regardless of whether you are a single parent, two-parents, a carer, a teacher etc etc – the programmes are relevant to all that have input into shaping our children – who are the future.
2) How long did you spend researching the market?
I didn’t really. Alan’s name had been mentioned to me when I did my coaching qualification by the New-U-Now founder, Gillian Brown. She recommended Alan as someone to contact to discuss my passion for young people – which I did. And it was the right move!
3) Who else did you consider?
I did look at other websites but I still kept coming back to DYC’s details and information as it really resonated with me. The energy and passion for making a difference really came through in both the material on Alan’s website, his book and DVD and also on meeting Alan and some of his other team.
4) What do you think of the training and support?
I think that the programme of workshops hits the mark every time. I love the way that we get information about what’s happening in this arena of coaching/development and that Alan is taking his message around the world. I think it’s great that there is a network of coaches who get together on teleseminars etc and the e-mails we get about what’s new really allows you to feel part of this team of coaches.
5) Do you have any other comments?
Our children are our future and if we don’t listen to them, communicate with them and really empower them to believe they can do whatever they choose to do – then we haven’t done our job! Coupled with the fact that DYC works with not only parents but carers, teachers, support workers there is no excuse not to do the best for our children whether they are your own or someone elses.

1) What made you choose the Develop Your Child programmes? I chose the programme because it has been well researched, tried and tested. I have known about the project for a while and I have been amazed at the developments made by Alan since he first started.
2) How long did you spend researching the market? 3 years
3) Who else did you consider? Care for the Family, The Parent Coaching Academy.
4) What do you think of the training and support? Even though I'm an experienced trainer I found the materials very comprehensive, much more than I need. The support has been wonderful because it has helped me focus on the areas I want to develop. And it's great being part of a team plus being a licenced trainer adds to my credibility.
5) Do you have any other comments? I can see that this project is going to be a great success due to the amount of research and time spent on developing the materials. I also feel it will bring significant changes for those who use the programme.

1)What made you choose the Develop Your Child programmes? The design, content and style of the programmes were just what I was looking for. The focus on coaching, setting goals, building self-esteem and confidence and the fun approach are all very important to me. I want to be able to offer quality products to children, young people, parents, teachers etc. I also wanted programmes that are tried and tested with a potential for national and world wide growth. A brand!
2) How long did you spend researching the market? Difficult to put an exact time. I contacted many schools to check their interest in coaching, I spoke to other coaches and spent a number of hours researching the internet.
3) Who else did you consider? Young Bizz and Teen as Coach
4) What do you think of the training and support? I liked the open day very much as I welcome discussions and sharing experiences. It was also very useful to spend a whole day with Alan to brainstorm and put a plan together.
5) Do you have any other comments? I need a way to keep myself focused on taking action on my plan to grow my DYC clients. It has been very easy for me to let it slip which bothers me. I am very committed just need to incorporate my DYC plan into my other activities i.e. Training, delivery etc.

1) What made you choose DYC programmes?
My energetic connection to Alan and our shared vision for a new way to liberate children to self-express is what attracted me to DYC. The clear, concise tools in a stacked format, ready to use, made the package irresistible.
2) How long did you spend researching the market? After coaching 5 years and always looking for great tools to use, I knew the right match when it came along.
3) Who else did you consider? No one
4) What do you think of the training and support? I came on board motivated to expand the training and develop a community that provides support for the trainers to exchange ideas and stay connected to each other and the work. That process has proved powerful for all and exhilarating for me. The philosophy that encourages trainers to use their own strengths and talents to deliver the material necessitates sharing to extract the potential value in all of that diversity!
5) Do you have any other comments? I am amazed at how efficiently the perfect people are attracted to this work and this team. All of the trainers have been attracted first by their passion for working with families, and secondly by their openness to experience personal expansion and team connection. The result is an exponentially powerful force that moves our collective evolution!

1) What made you choose the Develop Your Child programmes? When I first viewed the DYC website the energy came out of my computer and embraced my emotional desire to help children and their families the way DYC examples. I had no idea it would turn into actually being a part of a fantastic group of real beings where we could team together to help families all over the world to embrace themselves.
2) How long did you spend researching the market? I shall be frank in saying I didn’t need to go far once I found DYC…on accident no less. I actually wasn’t looking. But I did pay attention when I reviewed the wonderful programs that Alan Wilson has tirelessly worked to create and evolve.
3) Who else did you consider? I wasn’t in the market to really create collaboration with anyone else. I was, however, pulled toward the invite to be part of the program for the U.S. It just went naturally from there; as it should. The queen of collaboration, Dorothy Eckes, provided me with the confidence that I needed to look no further.
4) What do you think of the training and support? My background is training and support. So when I was trained it was supported with the corporate mentality that nothing is ever good enough and everyone needs to be fixed. Not so w/ DYC. I feel cared, supported, and loved with this family; TRULY! The training is hugely provocative and mentally stimulating. The growth I have experienced in just a couple of days of training was more than I had gotten in a few years of training elsewhere. There’s no doubt that I believe in this methodology. It’s back to basics in recognizing the human potential in everyone and sharing one’s energy to make the world a better place to evolve.
5) Do you have any other comments? Being part of DYC has allowed me to be open to others supporting me. The support is genuine with no ulterior motives or agendas. It’s pure love here. Also, to see Alan Wilson change his life and come from a corporate background and take the ‘path less traveled’ to the more human side is truly inspiring . That gives credibility that everyone has something much deeper in their heart that can benefit others; no matter what situation they are living.

1) What made you choose the Develop Your Child programmes? I met Dorothy Eckes when she facilitated a training for an organization I work for. In one afternoon, she was able to move our group in a direction we had been working towards for years. I was very interested in how she was able to accomplish so much and where she learned to facilitate. We connected through her facilitation, but it was the Develop Your Child Program she spoke passionately about. I was lucky to be able to participate in the training and will use the experience both in my professional and personal life going forward.
2) How long did you spend researching the market? I have participated in many parenting training programs, and other personal development programs, but entered into this training without much knowledge about what might happen.
3) Who else did you consider? Not applicable.
4) What do you think of the training and support? I attend approximately 2 or 3 comprehensive training programs each year. I always walk away with some new information, or activities I can use to improve my work, and sometimes my personal life too. This training is much, much more. Although our group is not physically together, I have not walked away from anything. I am still connected to each and every one present at our training. Although I did leave with an incredible amount of materials and appropriate tools to use to bring this work to families, I left with so much more. I now understand the incredible power of energy, how it affects our reality, how It impacts my trainings.
5) Do you have any other comments? I arrived without any expectations. I was open to learning about new techniques to introduce to parents, and to use in my own parenting. Ha Ha. What I found instead was an incredible group of beings who were OPEN to everything, especially to connecting with each other! Although we all came from different parts of the country, and world, it was as though we were children meeting for the first time. Children say hello, maybe spend a few minutes assessing the energy flowing from each other, and then they start playing. That is what this experience was like. In fact, one of my new soul sisters commented about the name of Alan's book, "Develop Your Child", could also be interpreted as Develop YOUR (inner) child. I was reminded throughout the training how important it is to connect with that part of myself, and how easy it is to connect with children when I do. I see my daughter as so much bigger than I did before, and she is responding to me differently as a result. I also have already started working differently with the young people I work with regularly. They have begun opening up to me in a new and beautiful way. When we have the opportunity to share this with the world, things are really going to change- I can't wait!! I'm so thrilled to have this understanding myself, and am ready to share with anyone else who is ready to feel peace, happiness, complete understanding of each other, and pure joy. Are you ready?

1) What made you choose DYC programmes?
I was hired to start a new youth ministry for a young church in our area, and I was looking for ways to incorporate coaching into youth ministry and for innovative ways to work with both kids AND parents. On a “random” internet search I found the “Develop Your Child” website and loved it! I ordered Alan’s book and read it the same day. When I was finished I sent him an e-mail saying that I HAD to train with him and I was trying to figure out how to get to the UK. That’s when he told me about the training that was going to be available in the US and from that moment on I was “part of the team”.
2) How long did you spend researching the market?
About a week or two.
3) Who else did you consider?
No one – I thought I was going to have to invent something myself, which wasn’t very appealing to me. I felt the urgency in wanting to help families and I knew it would be months if not years before I would be able to design a program.
4) What do you think of the training and support?
The training was a wonderful and beautiful journey of connection with like minds, and a deeper look into myself and what my purpose is, which was very helpful! I loved that the training wasn’t all about sitting and listening to how it’s supposed to be done, but rather it honed in on what each of us is good at and then our leaders encouraged us to make the DYC program our own. The support is amazing! There is nothing I have to create, it’s all there and ready for me to put my logo on it and give to my clients. I feel like I’ve found a new family and I’m confident that they really care about what is going on in my life and how they can support me to get the work out into the world. I’m not alone – I’m part of a team and that feels really, really good!!
5) Do you have any other comments?
For the 8 years that I previously worked in youth ministry I always felt there was something missing. Time and time again parents would bring their kids to us (church) once a week and expect us to “fix” them, and it wasn’t working most of the time. We tried having a cool and relevant program where they could understand and connect with God, we tried putting them with other adults as mentors, we had cool bands and cool music, we tried small groups – we did it ALL – but even with all that there was one thing that wasn’t working - the teens still went home to the same environment. THAT WAS THE MISSING PIECE! In Alan’s work it’s all about the parents and kids connecting in a different way and the parents being involved that makes the family and the child stronger. I love that in the DYC program we help the parents first which in turn helps the child be the person they were created to be! In the training I learned how to use energy (or as I view it a connection to God) to improve communication and to help each family member love each other better. What a great way for a family to live and I’m so grateful and excited to be a part of it!
